5. If delivery would be required, please state your full address and preferred delivery time
6. If a topper is required, please specify topper message e.g. “Happy Birthday Elize”, “Sweet Sixteen”, “Oh Baby”, “Congratulations Dani”, etc.
7. If you would like a Logo, Name, Age, or Message on the cake please specify
